Admission Requirements for GLC ONLINE Level 2: CERTIFICATE OF PERSONAL DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAM
- At least 17 years of age
- Completion of all CCF Level 1 courses or its equivalent in the past
Biblical Foundation 1 (BF1)
Biblical Foundation 2 (BF2)
Baptism
Class 101 (Membership)
Holy Spirit
Spiritual Disciplines
Evangelism - Must be a baptized believer;
- Must pay the non-refundable tuition fee of
a. Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P2,500.00) – for students locally based
b. Seventy Dollars (US$70) – for students based outside in the Philippines - For those with incomplete Level 1 Courses, please take note that applicant who missed not more than three (3) Level 1 courses (except Membership Class and Baptism) may fill out “Commit to Finish” form and finish the said courses upon enrollment.

After completing this application form, GLC will look into the information you gave to verify if you qualified for the course. Wait for the email from GLC Faculty if your application is qualified. The email will include instructions on registration, payment, and other information about GLC Online.
The link will direct you to the site registration page where you can create a user account. This account will enable you to log-in to GLC Equip and to participate in the courses. The website system will automatically email you with a link to confirm your registration. Clicking the link included in the message will direct you to the GLC Online Homepage.
